John Hamm - Mad Men

Jon, we know your intentions were in the right place. You were on your friend's show, you had a great story and you just wanted to make the audience laugh. Jon Hamm: It's unlike anything else out there right now. It's ostensibly about something and yet it's really about something else.

John Hamm is a cocky socail analysist who wins over the heart of liberal Rebecca Hall. Then there is psychologist Bill Paxton, who's character is the most boring of the batch. John Hamm and Russell MacLellan have been spearheading the effort, aided by current politicians and others. John Hamm, the actor playing Don Draper, hits the role with pitch-perfect precision. He reminds me of Gregory Peck, with Peck's silence and soulfulness, (he even looks like Peck) but with a better developed shadow.
